Franck Mezerette – Animateur de METROPOLIM Ltée
Franck Mezerette, 54 ans, est l'animateur de METROPOLIM Ltée, créée il y a 7 ans à l'Île Maurice pour porter nos opérations de promotion immobilière et d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage.
Son parcours est celui d'un professionnel aguerri, passé par toutes les étapes de la chaîne immobilière. Formé aux métiers de la vente, il débute dans les années 90 en occupant différents postes de vendeur puis de chef des ventes pour des produits grand public. En 1999, il opère un virage décisif vers l'immobilier. Successivement commercialisateur puis chargé de prospection et de montage d'opérations, il fait ses armes au sein de groupes de premier plan : Bouygues Immobilier, COGEDIM-RIC et PROMOVAL.
En 2008, fort de cette double compétence commerciale et technique, il franchit le pas de l'entrepreneuriat indépendant. Il développe une activité de promoteur et lotisseur au travers de la société IM'CONCEPT, dont il est gérant associé, et de la SAS URBYS, dont il est directeur général.
En 2015, il crée METROPOLIM France, dont il est l'associé unique. Il y réalise plusieurs opérations marquantes, dont la construction de deux immeubles d'habitation en centre-ville de Lyon – un R+5 et un R+2 – qui incarnent déjà son exigence architecturale et sa vision d'un immobilier durable et élégant. Cette première structure, a posé les fondations de son savoir-faire de promoteur.
C'est dans le prolongement naturel de cette trajectoire qu'il fonde METROPOLIM Ltée à l'Île Maurice. Il y déploie pleinement sa compétence originelle – la construction d'immeubles neufs – tout en développant une approche complémentaire qui fait aujourd'hui sa singularité : la rénovation lourde haut de gamme. Des opérations toujours situées à distance de marche de l'océan, dans des immeubles à taille humaine où chaque détail compte.

Franck Mezerette – Head of METROPOLIM Ltée
Franck MEZERETTE, 54, is the director of METROPOLIM Ltd, created seven years ago in Mauritius to carry out our property development and project management operations.
His career is that of an experienced professional who has worked through every stage of the property chain. Trained in sales, he began in the 1990s by holding various positions as salesman and then sales manager for consumer goods. In 1999, he made a decisive move into real estate. Successively a marketing executive and then a project sourcing and structuring manager, he honed his skills within leading groups: Bouygues Immobilier, COGEDIM-RIC, and PROMOVAL.
In 2008, armed with this dual commercial and technical expertise, he took the step into independent entrepreneurship. He developed a property development and land subdivision business through the company IM'CONCEPT, of which he is managing partner, and SAS URBYS, of which he is managing director.
In 2015, he created METROPOLIM France, of which he is the sole shareholder. He carried out several notable projects there, including the construction of two residential buildings in the centre of Lyon – a 5-storey and a 3-storey – which already embodied his architectural standards and his vision of durable and elegant property. This first company, laid the foundations of his expertise as a developer.
It is in the natural extension of this path that he founded METROPOLIM Ltd in Mauritius. There he fully deploys his original skill set – the construction of new-build apartment buildings – while developing a complementary approach that today makes for his singularity: high-end heavy renovation. Operations always located within walking distance of the ocean, in human-scale buildings where every detail counts.
